Science City’s ScienceWise | Breakout Boxes for Beginners

Breakout boxes take the appeal of the “escape room” and bring alive the 4 Cs: critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and communication. Instead of a locked room, teams must figure out how to get inside a tightly locked box using curriculum-related puzzles. In this workshop, educators will be introduced to Breakout EDU’s physical and digital lockbox games, play a breakout box, explore Breakout EDU website, locate where to find and print clues and practice how to reset the locks.
