Closing the Racial Gap in STEM: An Interactive Webinar Series

June 16, 2021 @ 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

Free

Join the KC STEM Alliance in this five-part series of conversations to explore the ways our region is moving to close the racial gap in STEM.

Moderated by Andrea Ellis, Director of Strategic Learning for The Kansas City Public Library, the interactive series will look at key influences and stories of successes and failures at each stage of STEM education—from kindergarten through high school. Panelists will include community and corporate partners, mentors, parents, teachers, students and STEM professionals.

Join us from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on consecutive Wednesdays as we answer your questions, explore what’s working and why, and identify gaps and consider how to address them.

11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
